About Voyageur
Voyageur is a private Canadian junior oil and gas exploration company that is primarily concerned with the exploration and development of the 518,000 acre Borj El Khadra Sud Exploration permit (“BEKS permit”) located in the Southern tip of Tunisia and within the underexplored and prolific Ghadames Hydrocarbon Basin. Voyageur Oil and Gas Corp officially received the BEKS permit in July, 2007. Subsequently, it was recorded in the Tunisian Gazette on February 22, 2010 that the permit was extended until November 3 , 2012. The BEKS permit consists of a 2096 sq km (518,000 acre) concession covering the southern tip of Tunisia and near the center of the Ghadames hydrocarbon basin which covers eastern Algeria, Southern Tunisia and Western Libya. The Company has acquired 344 square kilometers of new 3D seismic and identified several drillable targets. We are currently evaluating various options to finance and operate the upcoming two well exploratory drilling program.”
