Voyageur Oil & Gas Corporation is a private Canadian junior oil and gas exploration company registered in the province of Ontario. The company’s primary asset is the Borj El Khadra Sud exploration permit (“BEKS permit”) located in Tunisia. The BEKS permit is located at the southern tip of Tunisia with Algeria to the west and Libya to the east. It covers an area of 2096 square kilometres and is close to the centre of the Ghadames basin.
