Voyageur Oil and Gas Corp  is a private Canadian oil and gas exploration and production company.  The company is focused on acquiring and exploring crude oil and natural gas properties in the Middle East - North Africa Region. 

Voyageur is primarily concerned with the development of a strategic first asset in Southern Tunisia consisting of a 518,000 acre Oil and Gas concession in the underexplored and prolific Ghadames Hydrocarbon Basin in Northwestern Africa.

Voyageur Oil and Gas Corp officially received the Borj El Khadra Sud Exploration permit in Q2 2007, and it was recorded in the Tunisian Gazette in July of 2007. The BEKS permit is 45% owned by Voyageur Oil and Gas Corporation, and 55% owned by ETAP (the state-owned oil company) and consists of a 2096 sq km (518,000 acre) concession, covering the southern tip of Tunisia and near the centre of the Ghadames hydrocarbon basin which covers eastern Algeria, Southern Tunisia and Western Libya.
